Relay for Life of St. Charles

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Relay for Life of St. Charles program will be an 8.5" x 11" publication of over 20 pages. It will be available to hundreds of participants at the relay event on April 21, 2012. It will include information about our local relay teams, survivor stories, cancer facts and all you need to know about relay!

The book is a perfect opportunity for businesses, organizations, candidates and sports teams to show their support in fighting cancer. It's also agreat way to get a message out to relay participants and community members attending the event. Friends and family members may also choose to honor their loved ones touched by cancer.

Sponsorships are tax-deductible and will benefit the American Cancer Society.

The deadline to reserve advertising space, provide materials and turn in payment is April 12, 2012. Relay teams must submit their team write-up by April 12, 2011.

You may reserve ad space in a few different ways. Please be sure to include your contact information, including a phone number and e-mail, with your reservation.

Ads can either be sent in camera-ready (PDF format) or designed for you by a Relay volunteer. All ads should be at least 300 dpi and either grayscale or CMYK mode and e-mailed to info@relayprogram.com by April 12, 2012. If you would like us to design your ad, please let us know in your ad reservation.

Half Page (Horizontal) - 8" x 5.125"

You can pay for your ad in a few different ways. All payments are due by April 12, 2012. After this date, the reservation will be lost.

Make an online payment to Relay for Life of St. Charles Courthouse Divas team. Be sure to tell us it is a program sponsorship payment in the personal note section.
Write a check payable to the American Cancer Society and mail it to Renee A. Simpson, P.O. Box 302, Hahnville, LA 70057 or give your check to the Relay volunteer you are working with
